9. Personal data will be definitively eliminated in accordance with applicable law, especially the General Data Protection Law (LGPD).

10. We remind you that no procedure over the internet is 100% secure, however, we take all possible measures to prevent the exposure of your information on the internet and we constantly work to improve our systems.

11. To protect your data, we use security practices such as encryption protocols and software in data transmission; physical, electronic, and procedural measures regarding the collection, storage, and disclosure of personal data.

Processing Time

The exclusion of your data is processed within 30 days after the request. Once the exclusion request is confirmed, your personal data is removed from our active systems.

Retained Data

Links created by you may continue to function even after your account is deleted, but they will no longer be associated with you personally.
